What Are Clear Aligners?

A series of custom-made clear aligners is created specifically for your treatment. - Wearing Your Aligners
Wear your aligners for 20–22 hours each day, removing them only while eating, drinking (except water), brushing, and flossing. You’ll switch to a new set approximately every 1–2 weeks, as advised by your dentist. - Regular Progress Reviews

Treatment duration varies depending on the complexity of the case, but most patients complete treatment within 6 to 18 months.
Most patients experience mild pressure for a day or two when switching to a new aligner. This is normal and indicates that the aligners are gently moving your teeth.
